At Hands in Motion we offer a premium type of physiotherapy. The sessions are exclusively 1-on-1 in a private room with an experienced Registered Physiotherapist, providing hands-on treatment.

Physio sessions have a mix of hands-on therapy and rehabilitative exercise. We don’t rely on machines to mask the pain, but can use those during the session upon request.

You won’t be left in an open gym with multiple other clients during your session.

Our Physiotherapists have extensive post-graduate training in their area of expertise. Both therapists are certified in Dry Needling acupuncture; have training in soft tissue release, joint manipulation and joint mobilization.

We strive to be client centered and tailor each individual session and treatment plan to each person. All treatments are based on best available evidence based practices.

Our goal is to get you back to life as soon as possible. We only provide the necessary treatment and won’t ever make you sign contracts or come more than you need.
