Massage Therapy
At Hands in Motion we offer experienced and effective Massage Therapy provided by Registered Massage Therapists. Our therapists have years of service treating clients from professional athletes to the office warriors. Our therapists have completed post-graduate studies in the field of their expertise.
Treatments incorporate a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial and joint mobilizations in order to provide a rehabilitative and relaxing treatment. Each treatment plan is individually tailored to each client. After the treatment the client will be given stretches and/or strengthening exercises to help complement the massage.
