I’ve been going to Hands in Motion for a few months now and Heather Murphy has been amazing. I was in a lot of pain and my movement was restricted because of damage to my rotator cuff and bicep tendon. I had been to a few shoulder surgeons who gave me a poor outlook for recovery. The last surgeon I was referred to suggested I have physio therapy for a few months before she examined me and did X-rays. I went to the surgeon last week and she told me that my body has responded well to the the physio and compensated to the point where I don’t need surgery. I can’t be happier with the outcome and will continue therapy with Heather to further strengthen my shoulders and back. Thank you Heather!
